With help from imdb.com, I figure you must be referring to Woody Allen’s “Everyone Says I Love You” (1996). He previously used it in “Hannah and Her Sisters” (1986). The song was in an earlier comedy, “This Could Be the Night” (1957) with Jean Simmons and Anthony Franciosa. “Just You, Just Me” was Written by Raymond Klages and Jesse Greer for the film “Marianne” (1929), a drama.
